Bruce Howard co-founded Dimensional Properties, Inc (a California Corporation) in 1980 with Steve Leinow. They conduct business under the name of Dimensional Real Estate Services. Bruce has been a resident and active community member in San Diego since earning a B.A. and M.P.A. from San Diego State University in l970 and l972. Bruce and his wife Lynne, of 34 years, have raised their three children in Pacific Beach where Bruce and Lynne continue to reside. Bruce and Lynne currently serve in lay capacities for their church and Bruce is a member of the alumni board of directors for his college fraternity. Professionally, Bruce served a three year term on the San Diego Board of Realtors Grievance Committee and was chairman in 2003. The Grievance Committee functions as a screening committee for all written complaints against member Realtors from the public or other Realtors. In addition, the committee members educate Realtors in regard to their responsibility to uphold the Realtor Code of Ethics and improve standards of practice with the public, clients and fellow real estate licensees.

Steve Leinow- and his wife Joy have resided in San Diego for over 30 years where they have raised their two children. Steve graduated from Cal State Los Angeles and served as an officer in the US Navy. Mr. Leinow worked on the early development of the Gaslamp Quarter and on the other historic preservation projects in Downtown, San Diego. Steve has also been active in his community where he currently serves on the Youth Committee for his church and is a past president of the Mission Bay Real Estate Association.

Bryan Freeland-I am a Pacific Beach native and resident of over 30 years. I have watched the changes and growth in our community first hand. Throughout my career in residenital real estate I have proven to be very successful at guiding my clients through the twists and turns of a real estate transaction. I have managed numerous rental properties in Pacific Beach and realize the tremendous value in coastal investments. My goal is to assist all of my clients in making sound Real Estate decisions so you the client can prosper through your Real Estate investments.

I offer my local knowledge of Pacific Beach, Clairemont, Pt. Loma, La Jolla and surrounding communities. From single family homes to multi-unit dwellings my knowledge and insight will shine through on every transaction. As an experience property manager I know the cost of repairing or replacing household items and this becomes priceless on the negotiating table.
